Categories of personal data

NorthSeaEntry may process names, email addresses, telephone numbers, enquiry details, service-onboarding information, order metadata, delivery-access requests, and technical usage data that is necessary to operate the site.

Purposes and legal bases

Personal data is processed to operate the website, answer enquiries, fulfil paid digital product orders, send delivery links, manage paid services, document transactions, prevent abuse, and handle customer support. The main legal bases are contract performance, pre-contractual steps, legal obligations, and legitimate interests. Optional analytics and advertising pixels are loaded only after consent.

Payments and order fulfilment

Payments are processed by Stripe. NorthSeaEntry does not store full card details. For paid digital products and paid services, Stripe session data may be used to verify payment, provide protected downloads, send delivery or onboarding emails, and maintain internal order records.

Processors and third-party tools

NorthSeaEntry currently uses Netlify for hosting and forms, Stripe for payment processing, and Resend for transactional email. If analytics consent is granted, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and TikTok Pixel may also be loaded. Each provider processes data under its own privacy framework and may process data outside Germany or the EU.

Storage duration

NorthSeaEntry stores personal data only as long as necessary for the relevant purpose, for customer support, contractual fulfilment, legal retention obligations, fraud prevention, or dispute handling. Form submissions, order metadata, and service information may be retained for as long as commercially and legally required.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, users may have rights of access, rectification, deletion, restriction, objection, data portability, and withdrawal of consent with effect for the future. Users may also lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority.

No automated decision-making

NorthSeaEntry does not use automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects on users.
