Contract formation
A contract is formed when the customer completes payment successfully through the checkout process and NorthSeaEntry confirms the order or provides access to the purchased product or service flow.
Prices
All prices shown on the website are final prices. No VAT is charged pursuant to Section 19 UStG (German small business rule).
Digital products
Digital products are supplied for personal use unless otherwise agreed in writing. Digital downloads, templates, planners, and similar files may not be redistributed, sublicensed, shared publicly, or resold.
Services
Service purchases cover application support, document review, rewriting, or strategy guidance as described on the site. Any turnaround times shown are estimated and may vary depending on order volume, completeness of customer materials, and communication speed.
User responsibilities
Users remain responsible for the accuracy of their information, the truthfulness of their applications, and compliance with employer, visa, certification, and legal requirements.
No employment guarantee
NorthSeaEntry does not guarantee interviews, job placement, recruiter referrals, visa approval, certification recognition, or employment outcomes. Products and services are preparation and support resources only.
Liability
NorthSeaEntry is liable without limitation in cases of intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body, or health, and where liability is mandatory under applicable law. In all other cases, liability is limited to foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. NorthSeaEntry is not liable for hiring outcomes, employer decisions, missed deadlines caused by incomplete customer input, or changes in external legal or offshore industry requirements.
Consumer dispute resolution
NorthSeaEntry is not willing and not obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
