Withdrawal Information
This page contains the withdrawal information NorthSeaEntry makes available to consumers for digital downloads and paid services sold at a distance.
Withdrawal instruction
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which the contract is concluded.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform NorthSeaEntry, operated by Domenic Neweschall, Klierstr. 10, 63584 Gruendau, Germany, email sinistergmbh@gmail.com, phone 0605113167, by means of a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, NorthSeaEntry will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which notice of your withdrawal is received. Reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless something else is expressly agreed with you. In any event, you will not be charged any fees for the reimbursement.
Services started before the withdrawal period ends
If you ask NorthSeaEntry to begin a paid service before the withdrawal period ends and you later exercise your right of withdrawal, you may have to pay a proportionate amount for the part of the service already provided up to the time you informed NorthSeaEntry of the withdrawal, where the law permits this.
Digital content not supplied on a physical medium
For digital content such as guides, template packs, planners, trackers, and similar downloadable files, the right of withdrawal expires if NorthSeaEntry begins performance of the contract after you have expressly agreed that delivery may begin before the withdrawal period ends and you have confirmed that you know you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
NorthSeaEntry collects this confirmation in the checkout confirmation step before Stripe checkout. If such consent has not been validly obtained in a specific case, mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
No waiver of mandatory rights
Nothing on this website is intended to remove or limit mandatory consumer rights where such rights apply by law. If statutory rights remain available in a specific case, they remain unaffected.
