Refund Policy

This refund policy explains how NorthSeaEntry handles digital downloads, paid services, cancellations, and statutory withdrawal rights.

Digital products

Digital products are delivered electronically. If the customer expressly agrees before delivery begins that NorthSeaEntry may start contract performance immediately and acknowledges that the statutory right of withdrawal is lost once delivery begins, the right of withdrawal for that digital content expires when performance begins. If such consent has not been validly obtained, statutory rights remain unaffected.

Outside statutory rights, NorthSeaEntry does not offer voluntary refunds for digital products that have already been delivered, downloaded, or made available through the protected delivery flow, unless the product is defective, materially not as described, or required by law.

Services

For paid services, cancellation and refund rights depend on the stage of performance. If work has not started, NorthSeaEntry may offer cancellation or refund in full or in part. If the customer has requested that the service begin before the withdrawal period ends and work has already started, NorthSeaEntry may be entitled to payment or proportional compensation for work already performed, as permitted by law.

Technical problems and duplicate payments

If a customer is charged incorrectly, receives no access because of a technical fault, or is charged more than once for the same order, NorthSeaEntry will review the case and provide an appropriate correction, replacement access, or refund where justified.

Refund, billing, and access issues should be sent to sinistergmbh@gmail.com with the purchase email address, order context, and a short description of the issue.
